This book was such a balm to read. It opened my heart up again to believe in the possibility.
Grant and Layla have a mutual understanding of what their relationship is/means - hiding the fact that somehow, along the way, they've each fallen for each other. It isn't until something happens that forces them to confront their feelings and reach a new understanding of just what their relationship truly is. Gah! Cue the string quartet. I needed this book cause now I'm truly diving back into the deep end and re-reading all my old Harlequin romance books, cause this SO reminds me of them.
