Review: Always You

Always You Always You by Samantha Young
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Final Score - 5 STARS!

I've been waiting for Arro & Mac's story - and it did not disappoint!  The constant tug-pull on the heartstrings, the longing stares, and then the impossible blow up.  OMG, I was shredded.  Literally, I was sick reading it and my heart was a bloody pool of goo at my feet.  I thought this is it!  There is NO comeback from this!  I've never been so happy to be OH SO WRONG!!!

Arro and Mac's relationship has evolved from what once teenage adoration to a full blown passionate tale of denial and resilience to acceptance.  The story unfolds in the past and the present and it was so needed to understand how these two first met, their relationship grew, where their feelings of friendship changed to more, and lastly, how they got it so wrong that they nearly lost it all.  There was much more to their story, and it was beautiful as well as cringing to read.

All in all, this has been my favorite book of the series - but it does set up for an interesting theory for the next book, which I have a feeling will be Ery's story.  But who will her leading man be?  Now, that is an interesting question ...
