The Accidental Girlfriend The Accidental Girlfriend by Emma Hart

Final Score - 5 Stars!

It's taken me some time to write this review as during my reading of this book, my beloved friend passed away suddenly and unexpectedly. I stopped reading this book, as I fell into a severe depression. But just a few days ago, right after her funeral, I picked up my kindle - needing something to occupy my time and saw that I had not finished this book and decided to re-read it from the beginning. It helped break me out of my funk of not wanting to read, laugh, or enjoy anything with messages of hope and love again. Thank you Emma Hart for giving me back my joy of reading!

I was engrossed with Lauren and Mason’s pseudo fake relationship; It had me laughing out loud several times throughout the book. What was plausible from the beginning that this relationship would quickly turn the tides was the immediate, and sizzling chemistry/attraction that lept off the pages. It was wonderful to witness firsthand - as you could literal feel it - and of course who doesn't love good banter, the giving and receiving? They two gave as good as they got! Is it any wonder then went from fake to real in 2.9 seconds? This fake romance was anything but, it just took a while for Lauren and Mason to get with the program.

This book is a definite must read and as I can attest to, it can be re-read again and again.
