This was my first book by Lex Martin and what a book to start with! I was hooked from start to end ... it was just that fabulous a read. I'm a sucker for stories where two people are thrust together under the worst of circumstances, yet find in each other a kindred soul.
Brady and Kat - adore them! Both are at that point in their lives - you know the one, that feeling of being a crossroad and not clearly knowing which direction to take. There backgrounds are so different from each other, yet they two lost souls fit so perfectly together. The connection between them is palpable - electric and smokin' hot.
Gah ... I couldn’t put this book down, I doubt you will be able to as well. I highly recommend you read this story. See for yourself the passion and chemistry that draws them together. See it change from employer/employee to genuine friendship. Then deepen into a real relationship that grows into something more, despite all odds staked up against them. Distance cannot hold them back!
