Review: Feel Me

Feel Me Feel Me by Cecy Robson
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

Final Score - 4.5 Stars!

I love the O'Brien siblings, but Declan has always been a mystery to me. Well, he's a mystery no longer! Declan is strong, likable, focused and has a strong sense of family. and Melissa is strong, sweet natured, and has a strong sense of justice for her charges. These are characters I easily connected with as they embodied all the qualities that speak to my heart. But boy did their story start out all wrong ...

I loved watching their relationship unfold, the very strong and obvious attraction on both their parts, however every time they found themselves in the same room - Declan would somehow say something to offend/annoy Melissa and they'd end up arguing and/or hurting each other. Declan just couldn't help that "foot in mouth" syndrome.

These two not only made me laugh out loud with their banter, they made me swoon! However frustrating Declan could be - on more than one occasion - never once did I question them not getting together. And although Declan was convinced love and a happily ever after wasn't in the cards for him, Melissa proved him wrong at every turn ... and it was beautiful to witness. How could he not fall for her? And thus we not fall for him. *swoon*

The storyline was well written, with each book in the series almost always picking up where the last one ended, so we get to revisit past characters and see the wonderful updates to their lives. The subplot of this book was so emotional & heartbreaking, I couldn't turn it away. A terrific read that holds your interest all throughout the book, Ms. Robson has written another gem. I can't wait to meet more of the O'Brien siblings and watch them fall like dominoes!
