Damien and Nikki are back ... and just when you thought it was safe in Stark Land, the crap literally hits the fan!  As always, our couple face a new challenge, but I don't think even they expected this one - this one had me scared that our fair couple wouldn't pull through.  A devastating act has Damien and Nikki scrambling for answers as someone's life - someone they both love - hangs in the balance.

Boy was this a doozy to read!  My heart was racing at times, but never fear ... our couple both call upon their inner strengths and weather this ultimate test to their marriage.  Although, you can see the cracks, it just brings to life the complexities of what it takes to hold it together and each up, even in the face of extreme adversity.

No one does it better than J. Kenner.  This story is emotional, but true to form.  I love revisiting the couple that started it all and seeing the realism of their marriage and family.  I definitely can't wait to see what the new book has in store for us after this one.  I'm just frightened that I'll need more than Kleenex!
